Meet Dr. Ken Boa (Curriculum Vitae)
Dr. Ken Boa bridges the gap between Sunday school and seminary with his engaging, biblical, and practical teaching style. He is known as a unique synthesizer of broad subject areas, making complex topics simple and accessible. Many people consider Ken to be "a teacher's teacher," and are drawn to Ken’s depth and his rare teaching style that is highlighted by his wide-ranging illustrations from classical literature to modern film and culture.
As an author of over 50 books, Ken is also a nationally and internationally sought-after speaker whose favorite type of audience engagement is spontaneous Q&A on virtually any topic related to following Jesus.
Ken is devoted to a ministry of relational evangelism and discipleship, teaching, writing, and speaking. He holds a B.S. in astronomy from Case Institute of Technology, a Th.M. from Dallas Theological Seminary, a Ph.D. from New York University, and a D.Phil. from the University of Oxford in England.
